Short-Term Rental Ordinance
Effective January 1, 2023
After seven years of discussion and rising concerns related to short-term rentals, the Planning Commission and Village Council created a short-term rental ordinance to regulate short-term rentals in the Village of Grand Beach. The ordinance was effective on January 1, 2023.
All homes used for short-term rentals must be registered with the Village of Grand Beach.
